This Privacy Policy explains how Noni collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Noni mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

By using Noni, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to creators, brand admins, and other users who create an account or otherwise use Noni.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account and profile information

Depending on how you sign up and what you provide, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Profile photo
  • Company / brand affiliation
  • Role in the product (for example, creator or admin)
  • Onboarding answers (for example, experience, availability, how you heard about us)

    • 2.2 Information from Google Sign-In

    If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares with us basic account information needed to create and maintain your Noni account. This typically includes your name, email address, and profile picture (subject to your Google account settings and the scopes you approve).

    Noni’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

    We use Google account information only to:

  • Authenticate you
  • Create and manage your Noni account
  • Display your identity in the Service
  • Contact you about your account, posts, and payouts when needed

    • We do not:

  • Sell Google user data
  • Use Google user data for advertising
  • Use Google user data for credit decisions
  • Transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate Noni, comply with law, or with your direction
  • Allow humans to read Google user data except with your consent, for security / abuse investigation, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated and does not identify you

    • 2.3 Information from Sign in with Apple

    If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide an email address (including a private relay email) and name, subject to your Apple settings. We use this for the same account purposes described above.

    2.4 Content you create or upload

    Noni is a content workflow product. We may collect and process:

  • Videos, photos, and other media you record or upload
  • Captions, scripts, talking points, and related creative materials
  • Task, campaign, review, approval, and posting status
  • Comments and feedback from admins or the product workflow

    • 2.5 Connected social accounts and posting

    If you connect social accounts or authorize posting through our posting partner, we may process account connection status, handles, posting results, and related delivery metadata needed to publish and track content.

    2.6 Device, usage, and notifications data

    We may collect:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • Approximate usage events needed to operate and debug the Service
  • Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications
  • Crash and diagnostic information

    • 2.7 Communications

    If you email us or contact support, we collect the information you send and our replies.

    3. How we use information

    We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve Noni
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Match creators with brands / campaigns and manage workflows
  • Record, review, edit, approve, schedule, and publish content
  • Track posting performance where available
  • Communicate about posts, payouts, account issues, product updates, and support
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

    • 4. How we share information

    We may share information with:

  • **Service providers** that help us run Noni (for example hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, push notifications, media processing, and social posting infrastructure), under obligations to protect the data
  • **Brand / company admins** inside your workspace, so they can manage campaigns, review submissions, and operate the product
  • **Platforms you authorize** when content is posted or accounts are connected
  • **Professional advisors** or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • A buyer or successor if FieldVision AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

    • We do not sell personal information.

    5. Data retention

    We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Content and workflow records may be retained for brand operations and audit history while the relevant workspace remains active, unless deletion is requested and legally permitted.

    6. Your choices and rights

    Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

    You may:

  • Update certain profile information in the app
  • Disconnect Google or Apple sign-in by deleting your Noni account or contacting us
  • Disable push notifications in device settings
  • Request account or data deletion by emailing **founders@fieldvisionai.com**

    • We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law.

    7. Children’s privacy

    Noni is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

    8. Security

    We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    9. International transfers

    We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws than your home country.

    10. Third-party services

    Noni uses third-party services such as authentication, cloud hosting, and posting partners. Their processing of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Google Sign-In is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy.

    11. Changes to this policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of Noni after the update means you accept the revised policy.
